Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Construction to lead and manage our projects in various sectors including residential, transport infrastructure, and real estate development. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Budget Management: Administer project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively and maintain project integrity.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and team members, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout project lifecycle.
• Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel and equipment, ensuring optimal utilization and productivity.
• Project Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project reports, progress updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit

Key Requirements

• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the sectors mentioned.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
• Professional Certification: Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is desirable.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects effectively.
• Candidate should have experience from Government Projects

• Experience in managing large-scale projects across multiple sectors
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards
