Job Summary:

Project Manager – Commercial Interior

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial interior projects, from planning through execution and handover.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure design intent and project goals are met.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are maintained.
• Lead site meetings, track progress, issue reports, and resolve project-related issues promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage procurement schedules and material deliveries.
• Oversee site teams and ensure adherence to project schedules and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in commercial interior fit-out project management.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
