Project Manager-Commercial Interior

You will be responsible for managing and delivering commercial interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. You should have a proven track record in project management and be able to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full lifecycle of commercial interior projects, from planning to handover. - Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Coordinate with clients, design teams, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to meet project goals. - Monitor project progress, maintain deadlines and quality standards. - Lead site meetings, track progress, issue reports, and resolve project-related issues promptly. - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders for smooth project execution. - Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies. - Manage procurement schedules and material deliveries. - Oversee site teams and ensure adherence to project schedules and safety standards. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in commercial interior fit-out project management. - Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and regulations. - PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
