Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Work in partnership with internal Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Understand project plans, specifications, and requirements, assisting contractors with project planning, scheduling, and operational phases.
- Participate in project design calls as needed and coordinate project processes.
- Assist in inventory procurement and management.
- Utilize vendors as a technical resource for material recommendations and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to clarify drawings, specifications, and necessary addendums.
- Act as a resource for architects, engineers, and general contractors on budget pricing.

Project Handling Experience:Project Size: Managed projects of at least 30,000+ sqft.Project Value: Experience handling projects worth 10 Cr+.
Project Volume
- Managed 5+ small-scale projects.
- Managed 2+ large-scale projects.
Geographical Coverage: Experience handling projects across multiple states/regions.Client Handling: Experience working with major clients like L&T, Oil & Refineries Plants, and Metro Projects.Industry Experience: Exposure to industrial, logistics, warehouses, metro stations, bridges, etc.Execution Capability: Must have experience in both fabrication and erection of structures.Team Leadership: Led teams of 15+ employees.Vendor & Contractor Management: Negotiation experience with fabricators, erectors, and suppliers.Timeline Management: Ability to deliver projects within deadlines and budget constraints.Compliance & Safety: Knowledge of ISO 9001, EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety), and statutory approvals.Site Challenges: Ability to solve issues related to weather delays, logistics, and manpower constraints.Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Tekla, MS Project, Primavera, SAP, or ERP tools.Materials & Procurement: Familiarity with steel grades, coatings, and procurement of PEB materials.Reporting & Documentation: Experience in MIS reporting, DPR (Daily Progress Reports), and client updates.
