Project Manager (Civil)

A Construction Project Manager (CPM) oversees all aspects of a construction project, ensuring it's completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Their responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing all construction activities. They are responsible for developing project plans, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities of a Construction Project Manager:

Project Planning and Development:

• Creating comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and procurement strategies.

Budget Management:

• Developing and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Schedule Management:

• Creating and managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Resource Management:

• Overseeing the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Quality Management:

• Ensuring that all construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications.

Risk Management:

• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicating with and managing relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Safety Management:

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.

Contract Management:

• Overseeing the negotiation and administration of contracts with various parties.

Documentation Management:

• Managing all project-related documentation, including plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.

Reporting:

• Providing regular updates on project progress, including milestones, budget updates, and any significant developments or risks.

Team Leadership:

• Providing leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
