Job Position:Manager Projects

Location: West Bengal(Haldia)

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and Scope Definition:Defining the project's objectives, deliverables, and overall scope.
• Team Leadership:Leading and coordinating internal teams and external consultants, ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
• Budget and Schedule Management:Creating and maintaining project budgets, tracking costs, and monitoring project schedules to keep projects on track.
• Quality and Safety:Implementing quality control measures and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management:Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate or manage them effectively.
• Stakeholder Communication:Acting as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, internal staff, and the public to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
• Preparing analytical reports and projects monitoring.

Skills and Experience

• Technical Proficiency:A strong technical background in civil engineering to understand project requirements and challenges.
• Leadership and Coordination:The ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and coordinate complex tasks, says Indeed.
• Communication:Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to different parties and build strong relationships.
• Problem-Solving:The capacity to identify issues, think critically, and develop creative solutions,
• Experience:Mimimum 15years relevant experience required in civil engineering project management

Educational Qualifications: BE/Btech/ME/MTech in Civil is mandatory

Knowledge in Advance Excel,SAP,Analytics is required.

A PMP certification will be preferrable.

Salary: As per the industry standard
