Job Title: Project Manager – Civil

Location : Payyannur, Kerala

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in Civil Project Management

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end execution of interior/civil projects.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance.
• Handle procurement, material planning, and inventory management.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction
• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project management tools, construction processes, and structural systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
