Project Manager (Civil)

As a Project Manager at Landmate, a leading architecture & construction firm known for its innovative and sustainable designs, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and leading our projects while also guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical guidance to the construction team, developing detailed project plans, ensuring quality assurance by inspecting materials and work, and upholding safety standards and compliance with local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals, as well as managing project costs and preparing detailed reports and documentation. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have at least 3 years of project management experience in the construction sector. A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations is essential, along with proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are also key requirements for this position. The ideal candidate should have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. While not mandatory, preference may be given to male candidates for this role.
