Project Manager (Civil)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 10–12 years of expertise in civil engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of civil and construction projects as per timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and review project plans, BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory compliance.
• Conduct project reviews, risk assessments, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and generate regular MIS/project reports.
• Manage procurement planning, cost tracking, and resource allocation effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and environmental guidelines.
• Lead site teams, mentor junior engineers, and oversee subcontractor performance.
• Liaise with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to align project goals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering, construction methods, and project management.
• Expertise in reading engineering drawings, contracts, and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD and other project management tools.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10–12 years of experience in handling mid-to-large scale civil & construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification (added advantage).
