As an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for independently handling entire construction projects from inception to completion. Your strong leadership, technical expertise, and site management skills will be crucial in effectively coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and the management team. Key Responsibilities: - Take end-to-end responsibility for executing construction projects. - Supervise sites, schedule work, ensure quality control, and track progress. - Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and GFC plans. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations. - Manage vendors, contractors, labor teams, and suppliers. - Monitor material requirements, inventory levels, and procurement schedules. - Develop project timelines, prepare progress reports, and track budgets. - Handle dispute resolution, risk management, and site challenges. - Ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints and quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile: - B.E./B.Tech qualification. - Over 10 years of experience in managing end-to-end construction projects (residential/commercial). - Profound knowledge of civil construction, finishing, MEP coordination, and site execution. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. - Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Proficiency in AutoCad, MS Project, Excel, and ERP systems. - Willingness to take ownership and be present on-site full time.
