Project Manager (Civil)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing site activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Control project budgets and monitor cost control systems.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and issues.
• Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance procedures are followed.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in civil construction/project management.
• Proven track record of managing mid- to large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
