Job Title: Project Manager (Civil Engineer)

Locations: Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore

Experience: 4+ years

CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA

Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to oversee project planning, execution, and tracking. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing infrastructure projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

- Create detailed project plans, define milestones, and set realistic timelines

- Allocate responsibilities across teams and track progress using Gantt charts or project management tools

2. Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with internal departments, field teams, government authorities, and corporate CSR partners

- Ensure smooth execution and address potential issues

3. Budget Management:

- Track project budgets, manage fund utilization, and forecast resource needs

- Coordinate procurement and logistics as per the Bill of Quantities (BoQ)

4. Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans

- Develop escalation matrices and contingency plans

5. Progress Tracking and Reporting:

- Track progress, measure outcomes, and prepare reports for internal reviews and donor submissions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

- 4+ years of experience in project management or a related field

- Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

- Familiarity with project management tools and Gantt charts

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
