Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a wide range of projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to define objectives, allocate resources, manage risks, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. This role offers a strong opportunity to build a career in project leadership while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of all project tasks.
  • Monitor and track project performance, providing regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Lead project meetings, including kickoffs, check-ins, and post-project reviews.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and maintained throughout the project lifecycle (plans, change logs, budgets, etc.).
  • Collaborate across departments to align project goals with business objectives and resolve conflicts or roadblocks.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking costs and supporting financial reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and integrating best practices into future projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience managing or coordinating projects in a professional environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work and continuous improvement.
