In the CNS - BC - Finance department, you will contribute to transforming businesses through the power of people, technology, and innovation. Your role will involve working with clients to reimagine or transform their business purpose and model, create growth, manage cost and efficiency, respond to market pressures and regulations, and resolve operational challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Technical Excellence:** - Deliver high-quality service and manage project resources effectively - **Client Service Delivery/Execution:** - Manage multiple projects, engagement economics, and project team utilization - **Business Development:** - Identify new opportunities with existing and new clients, demonstrate industry expertise - **People Management:** - Build a strong team, mentor and coach team members, assist in resolving people issues **Qualification Required:** - B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA from a reputed institute with a strong academic background - 10 to 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Consulting or industry, with expertise in areas such as Business Transformation, Business Process Re-engineering, Market Assessment, Strategy and Business Planning, etc. - In-depth domain knowledge and expertise in sectors like Retail Management, eCommerce, Pricing, or Export Promotion **What we look for:** We seek individuals who can work collaboratively across multiple client departments, solve complex problems, and deliver practical solutions while following commercial and legal requirements.
