Title:Project Manager

Description:

Area(s) of responsibility

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects within the company, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. The Project Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with company goals, and to maintain project scope. They will also be responsible for risk management and project reporting.
Responsibilities

Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, track project milestones and deliverables.

Required Skills

AI and ML: The candidate must have a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, techniques, and applications.
Leadership: The candidate must possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the candidate will be required to liaise with various stakeholders.
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and manage potential risks in a project.
Budgeting: Experience in budget planning and cost estimation.
Time Management: Proficiency in managing schedules and meeting deadlines.
Quality Control: Knowledge of quality assurance and control procedures.
Negotiation: Ability to negotiate with stakeholders to reach a consensus.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to overcome project obstacles.
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software like MS Project, JIRA, etc.
Change Management: Experience in managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Conflict Resolution: Ability to resolve conflicts among team members or stakeholders.
