Job Description

About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – BI/Qlik to lead our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Qlik technologies (QlikView, Qlik Sense, NPrinting) and proven leadership skills to manage end-to-end BI project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Qlik dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and build scalable BI solutions.
  • Optimize Qlik applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and governance in all BI solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end BI project lifecycle – requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Implement version control, CI/CD, and task tracking using Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Provide strategic recommendations and insights to support data-driven decision-making.


Required Skills & Expertise:


  • 7+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Qlik (QlikView, Qlik Sense, NPrinting).
  • Proven experience in team leadership/mentorship (minimum 2–3 years as lead).
  • Excellent SQL, data modeling, and ETL knowledge.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project/task management and deployments.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.


Good to Have:


  • Exposure to SAP Datasphere, ODS, or other BI/data platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud data environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
