Project Manager - Agile/Waterfall - 12+ Years - Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune

Summary

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to adapt to project needs effectively.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Establish detailed project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely achievement of milestones.
Proactively manage project risks, addressing roadblocks and deviations as necessary.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in project management across diverse domains.
Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a proven ability to apply them in varied scenarios.
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in using analytics tools to enhance project performance.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams.
PMI, Agile certification (e.g., PMP, CSM) will be an added advantage.
