1. Leading project planning sessions, managing project progress, and adapting work as required.
2. Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation. 3. Designing risk mitigation plans. 4. Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff. 5. Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary. 6. Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects. 7. Managing large and diverse teams.
1. A minimum of 20 years of experience in project planning and management.
2. Demonstrated understanding of project planning and execution. 3. Proven experience in people management and leadership. 4. Strong understanding of cost management and budgeting. 5. Experience in highrise commercial projects is a must. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to manage large teams and multiple projects. 9. Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
