Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage sales activities for HVAC equipment in the food processing industry / Pharma / Hospital / Data Centre / Airport, focusing on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical solutions for customer needs related to process engineering, utility operation, and tender preparation.Conduct bid evaluations and negotiations to secure contracts from clients across various industries such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and pharmaceutics.Provide technical specifications for HVAC equipment installation projects.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:• Act as a commissioning Engineer for Mechanical systems, including cooling/heating systems, plumbing, fire and BMS systems in various environments.• Manage projects, plans, provide and gather specifications, and execute assignments in a multidisciplinary engineering commissioning role for large facility projects.• Review design criteria, specifications, drawings, equipment submittals, and other documentation pertinent to commissioning.• Adhere to a thorough quality management/QC process and procedures that validate and document client systems.• Identify and assemble required documentation, drawings, and data from clients, vendors, and contractors.• Develop site-specific commissioning plans.• Develop and/or review factory witness test procedures for major equipment.• Attend factory witness tests and provide detailed reports identifying deficiencies.• Schedule and lead commissioning meetings while ensuring proper documentation.• Develop and administer functional tests for various building Mechanical systems, including cooling/heating systems, plumbing, fire, fuel oil, and BMS systems.• Develop and maintain commissioning logs, equipment checklists, and other tools to track commissioning projects, and write comprehensive final commissioning reports.• Help lead and manage external resources; schedule and direct periodic commissioning meetings; attend construction and coordination meetings if required for the project.• Interface with clients, contractors, equipment vendors, and owners agents as needed; execute project assignments; interact with all facets of the company: engineering, design, etc.• Submit progress reports and commissioning meeting notes to the project and facility manager.• Respond to customer inquiries in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.

Role & responsibilities Prepare detailed BOQs, estimates, and quotations for MEP projects.Conduct rate analysis and prepare comparative statements for tender evaluation.Develop BOMs (Bill of Materials) and estimate costs based on design specifications.Create proposals and tenders by preparing necessary documents such as technical submissions, drawings, and reports.Participate in customer meetings, design review processes and projects.Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost estimation and budgeting.To evaluate changes & review estimation to ensure accurate project developmentEngage in proposal and contract negotiations as needed. Manage documentation for all proposals and orders. Vendor Management/Coordination.Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office Suite (Excel), Navisworks Simulate & Analyse.
