Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of a high-energy content creation campaign, ensuring smooth operations, timely deliverables, and alignment with brand objectives. This role involves managing studio operations, coordinating multiple teams simultaneously, and maintaining quality control for a seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including internal teams, creators, and vendors.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Allocate tasks and manage schedules to optimize studio usage and team productivity.

Team Management:

  • Supervise on-site teams, including creators, production staff, and coordinators.
  • Provide direction, resolve conflicts, and ensure teams remain motivated and aligned with project goals.
  • Monitor progress and provide real-time solutions for any challenges that arise during production.

Logistics & Operations:

  • Manage resources such as equipment, studio space, and materials to meet campaign demands.
  • Coordinate with the procurement, inventory, and vendor management teams for timely delivery of supplies.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and compliance measures are followed within the studio.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Maintain regular communication with VF HQ and other stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and milestones.
  • Address any client concerns or feedback, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Quality Control & Reporting:

  • Ensure the content produced aligns with the brands vision and standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project performance, including budget adherence, deliverables, and creator performance.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Media
  • Production, or related fields.

Experience & Expertise:

  • 2-5 years of experience in managing large-scale campaigns, studio operations, or content production.
  • Experience in handling multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of the content creation process, including video, photography, and editing workflows.

Key Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Familiarity with content production logistics, safety standards, and budgeting
