• Lead and manage SAP Business One implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, and develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate and allocate resources, including functional consultants, developers, and third-party vendors, to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, identify risks and issues, and discuss mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, track project expenses, and ensure accurate invoicing and financial reporting.
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues to senior management and stakeholders, and work proactively to resolve them.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring effective information sharing and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, meeting minutes, and change requests.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years of experience managing SAP Business One implementation projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP Business One functionalities, modules, and business processes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing full lifecycle SAP Business One implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, project team members, and senior management.
• Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and financial reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.
