Job Description

As a Project Management Officer, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Possessing 5-8 years of project coordination experience - Working with geographically distributed stakeholders to assist with PMO related activities such as templates, gathering reporting data, etc. - Assisting in drafting and updating pre-defined contracts - Coordinating with the tech panel for internal and external screenings - Handling operational threads, maintaining account distribution lists, onboarding/offboarding processes, organizing team events/full team meetings, and managing client visits The qualification required for this role includes: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Proven experience in project coordination and management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams - Proficiency in project management tools and software Please note that this role requires immediate joiners only.,
