Project Management Officer

Location: Coimbatore (On- site)

Reports To: Senior Project Manager / Program Manager / Director of Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Management to lead and coordinate projects across departments, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, and be able to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution.
• Track project progress using appropriate tools and adjust as needed.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Conduct regular meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure resource availability and effective allocation.
• Provide project updates and reports to stakeholders and upper management.
• Foster strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Agile).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
