PMO – Technical Program Manager (ServiceNow)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end

  program and portfolio management

  for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Establish and maintain

  PMO governance frameworks

  , dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Partner with IT, Product, and Business teams to define

  roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics

  .
• Manage

  project budgets, timelines, and dependencies

  across multiple ServiceNow workstreams (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Oversee

  technical delivery and integration

  activities, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Drive

  process optimization

  , standardization, and automation using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Track and report on KPIs, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
• Support

  change management

  and

  continuous improvement initiatives

  within the PMO.
• Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners for solution delivery and post-go-live support.

   – Expertise in project portfolio management, dashboards, and reporting.

2. ServiceNow Expertise

   – Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) and platform architecture.

3. Technical Program Management

   – Experience driving enterprise-level ServiceNow or IT transformation projects.

4. Agile & Waterfall Methodologies

   – Skilled in hybrid delivery models.

5. Stakeholder Management

   – Excellent communication and coordination across technical and business teams.

6. Risk, Budget & Resource Management

   – Proven track record in managing large programs within defined budgets.

7. Tools & Analytics

   – Proficiency in ServiceNow dashboards, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and MS Project.

8. Process Improvement

   – Ability to standardize delivery practices and improve operational efficiency.
