Project Management Officer

Role Overview:

Project Management Officer (PMO)

Key Responsibilities:

Project Governance & Methodology

• Implement and maintain PMO policies, procedures, templates, and tools
  
• Ensure project management standards and best practices are consistently applied
  
• Support project managers in compliance with organizational frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

Reporting & Documentation

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze project reports, metrics, and KPIs
  
• Maintain a centralized repository of project documents, dashboards, and trackers
  
• Prepare executive-level presentations, progress reports, and risk assessments

Resource & Portfolio Coordination

• Assist in resource planning and capacity management across multiple projects
  
• Track project dependencies, timelines, and budgets in coordination with project managers
  
• Support prioritization and alignment of projects with strategic goals

Risk, Issue & Change Management

• Monitor risks, issues, and change requests across the project portfolio
  
• Facilitate resolution processes and escalate critical matters as needed
  
• Maintain a change log and ensure alignment with business case justifications

Nice-to-Haves:

• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, or Agile certification
  
• Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools or dashboards
  
• Exposure to enterprise project environments (ERP, digital transformation, etc.)
  
• Knowledge of financial tracking and project budgeting
