Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Management Lead located at Ferra Group’s Bengaluru South office. The Project Management Lead will oversee the successful planning, coordination, and execution of projects in the aerospace, defense, and space sectors. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, communicating with stakeholders, mitigating project risks, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires effective leadership and meticulous attention to detail to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management.
• Experience in cross-functional team coordination, communication with stakeholders, and team leadership.
• Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or space industry standards and requirements.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
