Selected intern's key result areas include:

• Understanding and Mapping the Process to be managed
• Understanding the people competencies required
• Equipping the project with resources and people
• Risk management, resource management, and quality assurance
• Bring role clarity and expectations to the people involved
• Identify, report, resolve, and escalate the risks in the execution of the processes on time and as per quality.

Duration:6 Months

Stipend:

Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months

Rs 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4 months, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above

Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above

The above stipend amounts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment.

VONG (Voice Of the New Generation) movement, aims to:

1. Equip the new generation with the necessary knowledge and understanding of sustainability

2. Develop a platform to voice their opinions and ideas to the authorities and society that, in turn, will inspire and accelerate the transition to a global culture of sustainable living

At VONG we strive to nurture conscious global citizens of the world. We are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals or Global goals is not just for the betterment of the world, they are essential for the very survival of the human race. They are meant to protect the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. It is a no-brainer that the new generation needs to be active participants in the policies and programs being designed today that directly impact their habitat and life choices.
