We’re on the hunt for a sharp and ambitious Product Management Intern who can drive multiple functions end-to-end — from brand management and digital storytelling to sales channel development and distributor networking. Your Role & Responsibilities: As a Product Management Intern, you will work directly with the founding team to: ● Own the Brand Voice: Manage KujaCare’s brand positioning and messaging across online platforms. ● Social Media Management: Handle Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms — from content planning to post execution. ● Content Writing: Draft blogs, product descriptions, campaign messages, emailers, and pitch decks that speak to our audience. ● Sales & Distribution: Research and onboard retail and distribution partners across India. ● Build Growth Channels: Assist in setting up and scaling both online and offline sales pipelines. ● Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on global skincare trends and identify white spaces for KujaCare. ● Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with design, marketing, and tech partners to execute go-to-market strategies. Who You Are: ● A student or recent graduate (preferably in marketing, business, communications, or a related field). ● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. ● Proficient in social media tools, MS Office / Google Suite. ● Passionate about skincare, D2C brands, and consumer behavior. ● Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently. ● Prior internship/startup experience is a big plus.
