Job Description

Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Project Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in project management. To support project managers in planning, executing, and delivering projects by contributing to documentation, coordination, and communication efforts while learning industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing project documentation (plans, schedules, reports).
Support in tracking tasks and deadlines using project management tools.
Attend team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Help coordinate between different teams or departments.
Assist in monitoring project progress and reporting issues.
Learn and apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Support quality checks and documentation compliance.

Core Skills:

Strong communication & organization skills
Time management and multitasking
Basic understanding of project workflows
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Exposure to tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or MS Project (a plus)
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Educational Background

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
