Project Management Executive

As a Project Management Executive (Creative) at Arbot Studio in Mahipalpur, New Delhi, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of creative projects across various platforms. Utilizing project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira, you will track and manage work progress, assign tasks appropriately, and ensure deadlines are met while keeping teams informed about project status. In addition, you will act as a bridge between creative, marketing, product, and operations teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project goals, priorities, and execution timelines. Managing relationships with clients and key stakeholders will also be a key aspect of your role, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring project expectations align with deliverables. Your ability to allocate resources effectively, communicate project progress to stakeholders, identify opportunities for process optimization, and proactively manage risks will be essential. You should have 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency or in-house creative/marketing team, and proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
