Position: Project Manager – Customer & Regulatory Coordination
Location: Anand, Gujarat

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to act as the single point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. The role involves handling domestic and European clients, ensuring smooth project execution, and coordinating with cross-functional departments such as R&D, QA, QC, RA, Dispatch, and Purchase.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients (Domestic & International markets) and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and track multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure effective communication and follow-ups with R&D, QA, QC, RA, Dispatch, and other teams.
• Explain and represent technical details to clients in a simplified manner.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Handle purchase-related projects, vendor qualification, and supplier coordination.
• Prepare reports, project updates, and client communication records for management review.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional support and regular updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to understand and explain technical terms in simple language.
• Proficiency in handling cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory affairs, quality systems, and supply chain coordination (preferred).
• Problem-solving, risk management, and analytical mindset.

Qualification & Experience

• Master’s degree in Business, International Business, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, client servicing, or coordination role in the pharmaceutical/chemical industry.
• Experience in handling international clients will be an added advantage.
