Project Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans that align with the firm's strategic objectives. Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure successful execution. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives. Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
