Job Description

The Office of Risk Management (ORM) that supports all lines of business engagement contract reviews and the implementation of programs, polices, and practices to manage the consulting line of business risk. The Project Management Associate is responsible for project coordination and management of various initiatives and projects as determined by the ORM Leadership team, communication with internal clients and general support of the firms risk-related workstreams. This role is also responsible for daily triage of support tickets for multiple ORM teams. The Project Management Associate applies critical thinking and decision making to assign workloads to contract review attorneys and contributes to the development and execution of innovative concepts and ideas while stiving to help deliver continuous process improvement. Program duties may not always fall within a defined sub- project.
Essential Duties
  • Coordinate multiple projects and stakeholder relationships to ensure business needs are met.
  • Triage and monitor legal contracts received through the CQRM Service Request form, using and adhering to CQRM systems and processes to assign contract reviews to appropriate resources.
  • Ensure that internal clients needs related contract reviews are addressed
  • Other duties as assigned related to risk management initiatives and team reporting.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor s Degree
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal skills with ability to communicate with diverse audiences
  • Applies technical/procedural requirements of the position based on knowledge and experience within specialization
  • Ability to make sound judgements on assignments and team workload
  • Ability to function independently
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of the technology tools required within assigned responsibilities
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
EXPERIENCE
  • 1-3 years experience (required)
  • Professional services firm experience
Preferred Requirements
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint and Servicenow
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Associates or Bachelors degree
