Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Leader at Cushman & Wakefield, you will be responsible for every aspect of the project, including leading a team capable of meeting or exceeding client expectations for their vision. You will establish a project management office (PMO) at the asset to facilitate the implementation of the scope of services, interpret the client's vision and strategic goals, and ensure functional and aesthetic coherence with various components. Your role will involve supporting workshops with stakeholders, identifying gaps in existing processes, and mapping best practices of the industry. Additionally, you will be involved in developing frameworks, carrying out process standardization, and prioritizing resources to maximize organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Establish a project management office (PMO) to facilitate the implementation of scope of services - Interpret the client's vision and strategic goals - Ensure functional and aesthetic coherence with various components - Support workshops with stakeholders to lock the development positioning and USPs - Identify gaps in existing processes and procedures - Map best practices of the industry or as recommended by institutes - Develop a framework for PMO and Decision Support System - Develop a pilot roll-out plan for PMO and Decision Support System - Implement process standardization by mapping existing processes - Prioritize resources to maximize organizational objectives - Create capacities within project teams to implement processes - Conduct periodic audits to assess process effectiveness - Participate in progress review meetings and feasibility analysis - Draft a comprehensive project brief and strategic report - Ensure the contract between client and Cushman & Wakefield is implemented Qualifications Required: - BE Civil + PG in Project Management - 20 years & above of relevant experience - Completion of at least 2 Hotel projects end to end - Experience working with Project Management Consultancy - Technical awareness of civil, MEP, and architectural works - Excellent organizational and motivational skills - Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Additional Details: Cushman & Wakefield is a leading global real estate services firm that is transforming the way people work, shop, and live.
