Project Lead

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Lead to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with hands-on project management expertise to ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize disruptions.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead, motivate, and guide cross-functional project teams.

Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance.

Foster collaboration between stakeholders, clients, and team members.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.

Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to management and stakeholders.

Facilitate meetings to ensure clarity on goals, progress, and challenges.

Quality & Delivery Assurance

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Uphold quality standards and compliance with company policies.

Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve project management practices.

Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Lead, Project Manager, or similar role.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus).

Preferred Skills

Experience in managing cross-functional or remote teams.

Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
