Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage software product development projects from initiation to successful release.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Support) to align development with business goals.
  • Motivate and guide a

    team of 25+ members

    , fostering collaboration and productivity.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including

    resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies

    .
  • Monitor and control project performance using

    Earned Value Management (EVM)

    and schedule recovery plans.
  • Manage project estimates, ensuring accurate effort and cost forecasting.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely project updates.
  • Implement

    Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

    to optimize performance and delivery.
  • Utilize

    Jira, MS Project

    , and

    AI/automation tools

    to streamline workflows and reporting.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10–12 years

    of total experience:

  • 6–8 years

    in software development.

  • 4–6 years

    in software project management.
  • Successfully managed:
  • Hands-on technical expertise in:

  • Cloud & mobile development

    (AWS, Java, SQL, CI/CD).

  • UI frameworks and UX tools

  • Strong skills in

    estimation, EVM, schedule recovery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management
