Role Overview

Project Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of the restaurant management software.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO to define technical strategies, architecture, and implementation plans.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while ensuring best practices in software development.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring high performance and reliability of the product.
• Participate in product discussions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance functionality.
• Potentially build and mentor a small development team as the project grows.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer, Senior Developer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in

  full-stack development

  (specific technologies can be tailored based on your stack, e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Experience in

  system architecture, database design, and API development

  .
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with remote teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership of the product.
• Must be able to integrate payment gateway like razorpay.
