The head office is located in Bangalore. Role Summary: We’re hiring a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our software to restaurants and cafes across Kolkata. This is a target-based role with a monthly sales quota and a 3-month probation period. Key Responsibilities: Visit restaurants, cafes & hotels, pitch the product, and give demos. Generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals. Close deals and meet monthly sales targets. Maintain daily reports of visits and sales. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream). Field sales experience (software/hospitality preferred). Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English. Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Lead Developer to work closely with our CTO in leading the development of our flagship restaurant management software. This role requires not only strong technical expertise but also leadership qualities to guide and coordinate a small development team in the future. This is an equity-first position , which means you will not receive a salary until the product is launched and generates revenue. In return, you will be eligible for Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) , with 1% – 7% company equity , based on your skills, contribution, and experience.
