Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive

  go-to-market and sales strategy

  for the Restaurant Management System.
• Identify, approach, and onboard

  restaurants, franchises, and F&B chains

  as clients.
• Build and maintain a

  robust sales pipeline

  , converting qualified leads into long-term customers.
• Collaborate with

  product and marketing teams

  to align customer feedback with product improvements.
• Establish

  strategic partnerships

  with industry players and distributors to accelerate growth.
• Set and achieve

  sales and revenue targets

  , manage forecasts, and optimize conversion rates.

• Lead, mentor, and expand

  the sales team as the business scales.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Marketing, or a related field

  (MBA preferred).

• 5+ years of experience

  in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or restaurant technology.
• Proven track record of

  achieving sales targets

  and driving revenue growth.
• Strong

  network within the hospitality and F&B industry

  in India.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and leadership

  skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset

  with the ability to work independently and own full sales accountability.

Compensation

• Post-revenue:
