Project Finance Analyst

How You'll Make an Impact: Collaborate with stakeholders to create budgets, financial models, and forecasts. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Track project expenditures against budgets and identify and communicate budget variances. Assess project profitability and financial health and recommend cost-saving measures. Developing and maintaining spreadsheets and reports for tracking expenditure and communicate financial performance to management. Ensure projects comply with financial policies and regulations and assist with audits. Develop and update financial forecasts based on project progress. Provide financial insights and advice to project managers and leadership Maintaining project and documentation records, including project, staff and consultants' contracts. Coding invoices and other program expenditure What We're Looking For: 2+ years of progressive experience in project finance process or similar roles. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently, attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing work effectively. Strong communication and problem solving skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance & Accounting Why Join Konovo?
