Job Description

Project Finance team

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate project proposals, business plans, and financial models across sectors
Conduct detailed credit and risk assessments
Structure project finance deals in alignment with regulatory and internal risk guidelines
Prepare and present credit notes to sanctioning authorities
Engage with clients, internal stakeholders, legal counsel, technical consultants, and rating agencies
Monitor project implementation, track key covenants and financial performance post-disbursal
Stay updated with sectoral developments, regulatory frameworks, and market trends
Assist in portfolio management and early warning signal tracking

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Experience Range:
3 to 15 years in project finance, corporate lending, infrastructure finance, investment banking, or credit analysis
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent
CA Freshers
with strong analytical and financial modeling skills are welcome to apply
