Job Description

We’re Hiring: Project Executive – Defence Innovation (iDEX Projects) at FSID


iDEX-DIO


What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and coordinate multiple defence innovation projects
  • Liaise with startups, stakeholders & iDEX teams for milestone delivery
  • Assist in technical appraisal and budget validation
  • Support milestone reviews, disbursements & compliance
  • Maintain dashboards, reports & audit-ready documentation


What We’re Looking For

  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electronics, or related disciplines
  • 1–4 years’ experience in project execution (preferably defence/aerospace/deeptech)
  • Strong technical understanding of product development cycles & TRLs
  • Familiarity with budgeting, milestone tracking & documentation
  • Excellent coordination & communication skills
