Role Overview

As a Project Executive at Apaart, you will be responsible for managing on-site interior projects from initiation to handover. You will ensure timely, high-quality execution that reflects our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. This role demands strong coordination, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to solving execution challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Execution: Manage all stages of project execution as per drawings, BOQ, and client agreements, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and design intent.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits and share Daily Progress Reports (DPR) with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to Apaart’s quality standards, material specifications, and workmanship expectations.
• Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks and site-level issues, proactively offering solutions to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with vendors, contractors, designers, and the internal operations team to streamline execution.
• Process Compliance: Follow all internal project protocols, documentation standards, and reporting structures.
• Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients during the execution phase, ensuring regular updates and smooth handover.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
• 1–3 years of experience in interior project execution preferred (Freshers with relevant education may also apply)
• Must own a two-wheeler for regular site travel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for progress tracking and reporting
• A team player with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a passion for interiors
