Role Overview As a Project Executive at Apaart , you will be responsible for managing on-site interior projects from initiation to handover. You will ensure timely, high-quality execution that reflects our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. This role demands strong coordination, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to solving execution challenges. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Execution : Manage all stages of project execution as per drawings, BOQ, and client agreements, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and design intent. Site Supervision : Conduct regular site visits and share Daily Progress Reports (DPR) with internal teams and stakeholders. Quality Assurance : Ensure strict adherence to Apaart’s quality standards, material specifications, and workmanship expectations. Problem Solving : Identify bottlenecks and site-level issues, proactively offering solutions to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion. Stakeholder Coordination : Work closely with vendors, contractors, designers, and the internal operations team to streamline execution. Process Compliance : Follow all internal project protocols, documentation standards, and reporting structures. Client Communication : Act as a point of contact for clients during the execution phase, ensuring regular updates and smooth handover. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering , Architecture , or Interior Design 1–3 years of experience in interior project execution preferred (Freshers with relevant education may also apply) Must own a two-wheeler for regular site travel Strong organizational and communication skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for progress tracking and reporting A team player with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a passion for interiors Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
