Job Title: Interior & Exterior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Interior & Exterior Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensure quality control, and manage timelines for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of interior fit-outs, exterior finishes, civil work, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site activities related to interior and exterior works, including carpentry, painting, false ceiling, POP, electrical, plumbing, façade, and civil work.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to maintain work flow.
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Track and report project progress, resource usage, and site issues to the project manager.
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Handle on-site troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor material inventory and requisition as per project needs.
• Maintain site documentation, including daily progress reports, attendance logs, and checklists.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior & exterior project execution.
• Strong technical knowledge of materials and processes used in interiors/exteriors.
• Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project tracking tools.

• Eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to various sites as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
