P.S. Candidates with experience limited to construction, heavy industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering will not be considered for this position

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer RFQs, design specifications, and mockups to assess project scope and feasibility.
• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates using established formulas and estimation software.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to gather all necessary inputs for pricing, production methods, labor, and material requirements.
• Determine the most cost-effective and efficient production solutions that meet customer requirements and internal capabilities.
• Generate formal quotes and cost breakdowns.
• Source and validate material costs by coordinating with vendors and internal procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost models, estimation processes, and documentation workflows.
• Support inventory and materials planning in collaboration with the Operations team to ensure budget and production efficiency.
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on estimation experience in the paper, plastics, packaging, printing, or textile industry. 
• Proven understanding of production variables such as material yields, setup times, run speeds, labor costs, and finishing processes.
• Demonstrated experience with estimation software and costing tools.
• Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.

• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
