Job Description

Location: Delhi NCR/Pune/Bangalore (Preference for candidates already based here) Language: Fluent in English. Fluency in regional languages preferred but not mandatory Experience: 5-15 years of project management exp in structured cabling industry Education: Diploma/ Engineer - Electrical/Electronics Certifications: Design, Installation, testing from OEMs (preferred) PMP from PMI Institute (preferred) Tools : Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCAD, MS Visio Job Type: Full-time, Work from office or customer site Work Week: 6 days (Mon-Sat) Timings : India shift (9.30AM-6.30PM, can change based on project requirements) Job Description We seek dynamic and results-oriented Project engineers and Managers to join our growing team of 225 professionals to manage network cabling projects for Fortune 500 companies and Hyperscale Data Center clients. Responsibilities: 1. Will be required to independently lead a team of tech/project resources for a time-bound project completion, handling of site dependencies, customer/PMC/Consultants coordination, timely reporting and updates to stakeholders 2. Must have a proven Project Handling Track Record in large Structured Cabling projects exceeding 10,000 nodes and Data Centres Infra 3. Should be able to lead a team of 20-40 technical staff and vendors 4. Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred 5. Should have basic knowledge of BIM models 6. Be willing to travel across India on short notice based on project requirements
