Job Description

1. Project Planning & Coordination

Understand project scope, specifications, and client requirements.
Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and activity timelines.
Coordinate with design, production, QC, and purchase departments.

2. Technical Support & Engineering

Read and interpret engineering drawings (GA, fabrication drawings, P&ID).
Provide technical clarifications to internal teams and clients.
Prepare BOQ, technical data sheets, and compliance documents.

3. Vendor & Material Coordination

Follow up for timely procurement of raw materials, components, and accessories.
Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and technical requirements.

4. Execution & Site Management

Visit client sites for installation, inspection, and project supervision.
Ensure proper erection of FRP tanks, pipelines, exhaust systems, and related equipment.
Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project documentation minutes, progress reports, material tracking, and closure reports.
Ensure timely submission of drawings, inspection documents, and final handover documents.

6. Client Coordination

Act as the single point of contact for clients.
Handle technical discussions, progress updates, and issue resolution.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

7. Quality & Compliance

Ensure project activities follow quality standards and industry norms.
Coordinate with QC for inspections, pressure tests, fit-up checks, and final quality clearance.
