Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of Solar C&I (Commercial and Industrial) and OPEX (Operational Expenditure) projects. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project execution, from initial planning to final commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for Solar C&I and OPEX projects.
• Ensure timely execution of projects while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Manage resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and providing regular project updates.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Site Management:
• Oversee site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, contracts, and permits.
• Prepare and submit project handover documents upon completion.
• Budget and Risk Management:
• Monitor project budgets and control expenses to avoid cost overruns.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective delegation and performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, specifically in Solar C&I and OPEX project execution.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale solar projects.
• Skills:
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, energy storage, and grid integration.
• Familiarity with safety standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
