Job Description: Project Engineer — Plumbing & Compressed Air SystemsPosition Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to lead and execute small-scale engineering projects specializing in plumbing and compressed air systems. The role demands expertise in both system design and on-site project execution, ensuring seamless integration of technical solutions from concept to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design plumbing and compressed air systems tailored for industrial and commercial applications.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including layout drawings and specification documents.
• Lead site execution: oversee installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and technical submittals.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and organizational policies.
• Conduct site inspections for quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Generate project documentation including reports, handover packs, and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and resolve issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in small engineering projects for plumbing and compressed air systems (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in system design, including familiarity with relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Demonstrated capability in leading site execution and project installation.
• Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards (e.g., local plumbing codes, safety regulations).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,158.26 - ₹51,753.40 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurgaon H.O, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
